About me
I am an IPAI Postdoctoral Fellow at Purdue University. I received my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute under the supervision of Prof. Santiago Paternain. My current research interests lie at Reinforcement Learning, Optimization, AI Safety, Foundation Models, Control, etc.

May 2026: I joined Purdue University as a Postdoc.
Feb. 2026: One paper has been accepted by TMLR.
Jan. 2026: I joined Toyota Research Institute of North America as a Postdoc.
Nov. 2025: I successfully defended my PhD dissertation.
Nov. 2025: Invited to serve as an Area Chair of ICASSP 2026.
Oct. 2025: Our paper “Random Policy Enables In-Context Reinforcement Learning within Trust Horizons” published in TMLR received the J2C certification.
Oct. 2025: One paper has been accepted by NeurIPS 2025 workshop at Efficient Reasoning.
Oct. 2025: I am honored for being awarded the 2025 Founders Award of Excellence by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (one of the highest honors at RPI, top 1%).
